Privacy Policy

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, enquiry category, subject and message. We do not ask for any other personal data.

Solely to read and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps prior to membership at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Submissions are stored in a secured database accessible only to authorised club administrators. We keep enquiries for no longer than 24 months unless an ongoing relationship (e.g. membership) requires longer.

We don't sell or share your data. Our hosting and database providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, uoou.cz).
